Work outs and Nutritious Eats
I'm momentarily in Louisville Kentucky visiting Mary. She is and always will be the best work out partner I've ever had.
Work Out:Ran 5 miles,
                 Biceps and Triceps at  LAC
                 later today...... Butts n Guts and ZUMBA!
Eats: Carb Rite
            Love having a  for a small meal, combined with a fruit, you'll be well on your way to looking             great with this High protein, 0 sugar bar.
          Whole Wheat Waffles
                Made from scratch with xylitol, topped with strawberries and sugar free syrup. (And I
               got my waffle iron at Good Will for $3, SCORE)
          Spinach Smoothie
               Spinach, Kale, Chocolate Protein, Truvia, Strawberries and Flaxseed.
                Can't get much better then this smooth cool drink on a hot summer day

Looking forward to a homemade Cafe Rio Chicken dinner with Cilantro Lime Rice and Tomatillo Ranch Dressing
